As SEO Yönetim Teknoloji ve İnovasyon A.Ş. (the “Company”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about the personal data processed through the seops.cloud website. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

2. Scope of this notice
This notice covers the personal data of people who visit the seops.cloud website and contact us through the demo request form or the contact form.
About the SE-OPS platform: Video and event data that our customers process from their own cameras with the SE-OPS platform is outside the scope of this notice. For that data, our customers are the data controllers and the Company acts as a data processor under the contract and data processing terms agreed with each customer. Requests regarding such data should be directed to the relevant organization.

The forms do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not include such data in the message field.
4. Purposes of processing
- Receiving and responding to demo, quote and contact requests
- Planning live demos and pilot projects, preparing quotes
- Contacting you about your request
- Keeping the website and forms secure, preventing misuse and automated (bot) submissions
- Complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights in potential disputes
5. Legal bases and collection method
Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the forms on the website, and is processed on the following legal bases under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- (c) Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract: evaluating demo and quote requests
- (f) Legitimate interest: responding to contact requests and securing the website and forms
- (ç) Legal obligation and (e) establishment, exercise or protection of a right
The checkbox in the forms confirms that you have read this notice. No processing based on explicit consent takes place through the website, and no commercial electronic messages are sent. If commercial messages become necessary, your separate approval will be obtained as required by law.
6. Transfers of personal data
Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above and with appropriate safeguards, with:
- Service providers: GoDaddy, a US-based provider of our website hosting and corporate email services
- Authorized public institutions: where required by law and upon request
- Legal and financial advisors: to the extent necessary to protect our rights
Because the servers of our hosting and email provider are located outside Türkiye, personal data submitted through the forms is transferred abroad. This transfer is carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 9 of the KVKK (standard contractual clauses).
Google Maps: The maps on the contact page load only when you press “Show map”. In that case, technical information such as your IP address may be transmitted to Google LLC and Google’s privacy policy applies. Nothing is sent to Google unless you press the button.
7. Retention period
Personal data submitted through the forms is kept for 2 years after the request is concluded. If the request results in a contract, data is retained for the periods required by the applicable legislation. At the end of these periods, personal data is erased, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the Company to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about the processing,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that corrections, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis of your data,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your request:
- in writing to the address above, or
- from an email address previously provided to us and registered in our records, to info@seoyonetim.com.
Your application should include your name, contact details and a clear description of your request so that we can verify your identity. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

This notice may be updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page; the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
